Is your sleeping position causing wrinkles?

I have been someone who always seemed to sleep on my right side, until the last few weeks, when I noticed I was getting crease/wrinkle mark on that side, so I thought it was time to treat that area more with massaging. I used a straight Kakadu Plum Concentrated Extract. I Then I applied a vitamin serum and again massaged and finally a rich night cream. As I worked morning and night doing this I noticed a great improvement. Hoorah!!

Satin pillow cases, specially shaped pillows, can also assist. Here’s a practical bottom line approach that won’t drive you crazy!

First, accept the fact that most people find it very difficult to change decades of sleep habits, so please don’t beat yourself up over this.

No one….truly…ever died of a sleep wrinkle! most disappear in time. But I did spend more time massaging the skin, as our skin loves massage.

The most effective thing is to try to change your position and your pillow.

Sleep position:

1. You can try to sleep on your back, but many people just can’t. And sleeping on the back can contribute to snoring!

2. If you are a stomach sleeper, you may be able to change to your side, which would be better.

3. Side sleepers may really benefit from experimenting with different pillow sizes and shapes. And “bolstering” with pillows around the body (like many of us did when pregnant) may be helpful, but it’s also not very friendly to sleeping partners!

Pillow cases:

These really don’t make much difference unless you are waking up with wrinkles in the middle of your cheeks. If you are, try a different pillow or case. Forehead sleep lines are usually related to pressure or adrenal stress not the pillowcase itself wrinkling.

I’m proudly Australian and I’m sure you will agree with me that Australia is one of the best countries in the world to live in. It is the day to reflect on what it means to be Australian, to celebrate contemporary Australia and to acknowledge our history.

STEMULATE rich in Stem Cells has real lifting power!

My great passion and love to bring the latest research to you in organic and natural skin care always continues. Many people are getting to know about stem cells and I certainly have shared how I have included them in our CELL INFUSE STEMULATE but as we go into future years you will get to truly know the power of them not only in skin care but in so many areas of health and the amazing benefits for overall well being.

Many people are choosing to have stem cells implants for anti aging, others for regeneration of organs etc. Along with stem cell injection for arthritis, the list is endless.

I’ve personally been a great advocate and consumer of them as a supplement from a health perspective for many years following a cancer some years ago. The findings were… stem cells collected from human fat were able to make proteins, how exciting is that! Something they didn’t expect. This helped them replicate easily while remaining stable, even when the researchers collected the cells from older participants.

They don’t necessarily need to be manipulated in the lab to function normally; hence they could be very useful in future anti-aging treatments.

This also helped researchers understand natural aging processes due to the consistency received.

This study has added confirmation that stem cells are great resources for anti-aging products.

My grandson cut his finger on his knuckle deeply recently & he rang me, his nannie saying, “what can I do” as he had work commitments. He is saving hard for a vehicle and didn’t want to lose the money so I turned to an aloe base with dense amounts of stem cells, vitamins etc. Within two days he rang to say his finger was fine and I had a very happy seventeen year old.

Prickly Pear Benefits for Skin

Prickly Pear is very powerful and one of my favourite ingredients because of the numerous benefits it offers when it comes to moisturizing and softening skin. You see the seeds of the fruit are extremely high in essential fatty acids.

Oil pressed from prickly pears consists of 60% linoleic acid. This fat is key in stimulating healthy skin cell production and replacing old skin cells.

The Magic of Kakadu Plum

KAKADU PLUM = VITAMIN C, ELASTICITY, COLLAGEN, REPAIRS UV DAMAGE, REDUCES PIGMENTATION

It’s my passion and tugs on the core of my being to write to you today. What exciting times we live in in terms of discovering what some have known for centuries.

Science has identified the Aboriginal bush food, Kakadu plum as the world’s richest natural source of vitamin C, which makes it an excellent ingredient in skincare products.
